COLD SPICED FRUIT 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 sticks cinnamon
5 whole cloves
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin

Drain fruit reserving all of pineapple and orange juice and half of the peach and apricot juice. Combine juice, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves and gelatin and simmer 30 minutes. Combine fruits in 9 cup container and pour hot juice mixture over fruit. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
