EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed strawberries
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell

Combine cornstarch and water. Blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, sugar and crushed strawberries. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until thick, about 5 minutes. Cool. Add sliced strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell and serve with whipped topping.
