SEES FUDGE MIX | |
Mix: 4 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tsp. vanilla (extract not imitation) 1 lb. walnuts 1/2 lb. butter or good butter, melted 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 6 oz. sweet chocolate chips (milk chocolate) Use very large glass or metal bowl and mix above ingredients. 2ND MIXTURE: Cook 4 1/2 cups sugar and 1 large can (13 or 14 ounces) of evaporated milk in a heavy large pan. Bring to a rolling boil and cook another 8 minutes (exactly), stirring all the time. ALSO BUTTER SIDES OF THIS PAN. Grease or butter a large glass or metal container approximately 9 x 14 inches. Pour above ingredients into first mixture and mix until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. This will probably take about 2 minutes. Pour immediately into the buttered container and let cool for 2 hours. Cut into squares. Enjoy. |
