HOMEMADE IRISH CREME 
1/2 c. or more whiskey
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 tbsp. instant coffee in 1/2 c. boiling water (refrigerate to cool)

Blend all ingredients in blender. Add coffee last. Put in container and refrigerate. Shake well before using. Will keep for months.
