MRS. BUNDY'S CHOCOLATE POTS DE
CREME
 
6 egg yolks
2 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Vanilla to flavor

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Stir in cream. Heat in top of double boiler with sugar and salt. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt chocolate bits. Add cream mixture gradually to chocolate. Add flavoring and pour into individual pots or dessert bowl. Chill at least 2 hours. About 10 servings.
