1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chips, butter and peanut butter together. Pour over cereal and stir. Cool about 15 minutes. Take 2 plastic bags. Put 1 cup powdered sugar and half of cereal mixture in each bag and shake until cereal is coated. Store in covered container.
