ORANGE CLOUD PIE 
1 env. gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. water
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
3 egg whites

Combine gelatin 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and water in top of double boiler, mixing well. Place over direct heat until gelatin is dissolved stirring constantly. Add gradually to slightly beaten egg yolks and return to double boiler. Then cook and stir over hot water until mixture coats the spoon. Remove from heat, add orange juice and blend. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff. Fold into baked pie shell. Chill until firm.
