BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. beef, browned & drained
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
1 c. tomato soup
3/4 c. water
1 c. cheddar cheese soup

Mix all the ingredients and put in an 8"x12" dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
