MARY JOHNSON'S BAKED FUDGE | |
2 oz. chocolate 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c. pastry flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Melt chocolate in milk and cool. With a mixer, beat eggs; add sugar, then stir in chocolate mixture. Add flour and salt carefully, then the vanilla and melted butter. Pour into a greased pan and top with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool; cut into squares and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. |
