HELEN'S BAKED FUDGE 
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream (You can cheat and use skim milk if you want, juice not QUITE 1/2 c.)

Beat eggs. Add sugar. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. Mix butter into eggs and sugar. Add flour mixture. Then add nuts, vanilla and cream. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. (You can use one a little bigger, too.) Set pan with batter into a larger pan with 1-inch of water in it. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. DON'T OVERBAKE!!! (But if it's REALLY soupy, you can bake a LITTLE longer - 15 minutes, maybe.)
