6 cooked pieces of chicken, chopped 1 med. onion, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter 1 can Cream of Celery soup 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornmeal stuffing 1 stick butter, melted Place chicken in bottom of Corningware dish or another oven proof container. Stir together sauteed onion, soups and milk, pour this over chicken. Mix stuffing mix and butter and spread over chicken. Cook in 350 degree oven until bubbly. |
