OVEN STUFFED POTATOES 
7 lg. baking potatoes, baked and split lengthwise
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped fine
7 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 tbsp. softened butter
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
14 tsp. Cheez Whiz

Scoop baked potatoes out of shells and place in mixing bowl. Add and mix cream cheese, onion, butter, and sour cream. Add enough milk to make fluffy. Put back in shells. Put cheddar cheese, Cheez Whiz, and bacon on top. Place on cookie sheet and bake until cheese melts on top.
