2 pkg. (Carl Budding) dried beef
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2-1 sm. bottle Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix all together and roll 2 days before serving. Roll in pecans day of serving.
