TEXAS ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 4 eggs, beaten well 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice Beat eggs, oil and oranges together well. Add this to cake mix. Beat again until thick. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake until cake leaves sides of pan. Oven at 350 degrees. CAKE TOPPING: 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding 1 lg. can sweetened crushed (2 1/2 c.) pineapple 1/2 c. Half and Half cream 13 oz. carton Cool Whip Mix pudding and pineapple together until thick. Add Half and Half and beat again. Put on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with graham crackers or toasted coconut. Refrigerate. |
