1 c. oil
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Bring oil, water, and cocoa to a boil and remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, soda, vanilla, milk, and butter; mix thoroughly. Put into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
