TEXAS RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Mix dry ingredients together in large heat-proof bowl. Add oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; mix well by hand. Add boiling water and stir thoroughly. Batter thins out when water is added. Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bundt pan may also be used for this. 8 or more servings.
