CHOCOLATE TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. unsweetened Hershey's cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Dissolve 1 tsp. baking soda in 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring frosting ingredients to a boil then add 1 box of confectioners' sugar. Spread on warm cake.

Boil 1 minute the oil, cocoa and water. Add the flour and sugar. Then add the 2 eggs, baking soda with sour cream or buttermilk and vanilla and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
