HIJIKI RICE 
1 c. hijiki, soaked and drained
2 age, cut up fine
1 carrot, cut up fine
2 konnyaku, cut up fine
1/2 c. white chicken meat
4 c. cooked rice

Saute with following: 3/4 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt

Boil konnyaku in salted water, drain. Mix hijiki, konnyaku, age, chicken and carrots and cook with saute sauce until almost dry. Mix with cooked rice.

1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
