CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 box vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner. Put 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of vanilla wafer.

Bake at 370°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Put 1 tablespoon of pie filling on top of each one.
