HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Flour the cut up chicken. Brown in oil. Add onion and juice from pineapple. Simmer 15 minutes. Add soy sauce, water, honey, and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Add pineapple, mushrooms, and green pepper. Simmer a few more minutes. Serve with rice.
