HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lb. broiler fryer
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. honey
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce

Place chicken in baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid, 57 sauce and honey and pour over chicken. Bake additional 25 minutes. Baste occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken. Bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
