PEAR SALAD 
2 c. pear juice, reserve pears
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. lemon Jell-O
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jell-O in pear juice and bring to a boil. Cool. Mix cream cheese and add Jell-O mixture to that.

Transfer to blender and add pears. Blend until smooth. Chill. Once it is almost set, add Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator.
