HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot dogs, sliced in coins
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 full c. elbow macaroni noodles, partially cooked & drained
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup diluted with 1 can milk
Chopped parsley
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Add butter to a large frying pan. Add hot dogs and onion. Brown, stirring frequently. Mix hot dogs, macaroni noodles, soup and milk and remaining ingredients in a large casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered or just long enough to melt the cheese and brown it on top. Serves 5.
