POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. each of butter, almond, and vanilla flavorings

Mix together all ingredients well. Pour into two regular-size greased loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. each of butter, almond, and vanilla flavorings

Mix ingredients for glaze together. While bread is still hot, poke holes in it and spoon glaze mixture over the bread.
