PINEAPPLE CHEESE JELLO 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. orange Jello

Boil pineapple and sugar about 2 minutes. Dissolve Jello in one cup hot water, pour pineapple mixture into Jello. Stir well. Place in refrigerator, let jell slightly. Fold in cheese and whipped cream. Return to refrigerator until completely jelled and ready to serve.
