STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE JELLO 
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. sour cream
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
3-4 bananas, sliced

Dissolve Jello in water; add frozen strawberries and stir until melted. Add pineapple and bananas.

Pour half the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Chill until very firm, 2-3 hours. Leave the rest of the Jello at room temperature in the bowl. Take out the chilled mixture; spread on the sour cream. Pour the rest of the Jello mixture over the sour cream. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
