SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1 egg
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Onion powder to taste
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

Cook and drain spinach. Add ingredients and place in greased or "Pammed" casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
