FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
8 oz. cooked med. egg noodles
1/4 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream (or Half & Half)
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper

Cook noodles as directed on package. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in cream, 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese and the salt. Heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Toss this mixture with the cooked noodles until evenly coated. Serve with Parmesan cheese and pepper. 4 servings. 560 calories.
