FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
8 oz. cooked pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. evaporated skim milk or half & half
1/3 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dry crushed
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain pasta and return to cooking pan. Toss with oil. Add rest and cook until bubbly. Add more cheese to serve.
