EASY FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 lb. med. egg noodles
1 stick butter
1 pt. light cream
6 oz. grated Parmesan & Romano cheese

Cook noodles as directed. Drain. Return to pan. Keep over low heat. Stir in butter until melted. Add cream and cheese. Stir until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with warm Italian bread. Serves 6-8.
