Great recipe- I was given a lge bag of pears from a friend. I mainly made Pear Bread for giving at Holidays. Every person or family I gave it to called and wanted the recipe. It was very well received. Not hard to make, and freezes well. Thanks for sharing.

This was the best pear bread recipe I've made yet (I have a pear tree and I freeze the pears). I roughly chopped the pears instead of grating. Bread was nice and moist. I give it 5 stars :)
