CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
2 quartered chickens
2 lemons
Salt
1 stick butter
3 sliced onions
Hungarian paprika
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 onion, sliced
Cooked noodles, tossed in parsley and butter

Rub chicken in lemon and salt. Put butter in large pot. Add 3 sliced onions and Hungarian paprika until it turns a nice red color. Add chicken; poach covered for 20 minutes.

Add sour cream and heat through but try not to let it boil or cream will curdle. Serve over parsleyed noodles. Decorate the top with onions fried in paprika until they are red.
