CHICKEN PAPRIKASH (LOW FAT) 
1 chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (remove skin)
1/2 tsp. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tbsp. butter, reduced calorie
1 lg. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1 (8 oz.) carton plain non fat yogurt
1 tbsp. flour
3 c. cooked med. noodles, made without egg yolks (cooked without salt or fat)

Wash chicken, pat dry. Sprinkle chicken with pepper; set aside. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add butter. Place over medium-high heat until butter melts. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Add onion and garlic to skillet. Combine hot water, paprika and bouillon, stirring well; pour over chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Remove chicken and onion from skillet; set aside and keep warm. Combine yogurt and flour; stir until smooth. Stir yogurt mixture into liquid in skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until thickened. Place noodles on serving platter; arrange chicken and onion over noodles; top evenly with sauce. Serves 6. 305 calories, 6.6 grams of fat.
