1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. mayonnaise
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. grated onion (optional)
1 tsp. Beau Monde spice
Green food coloring

Combine first six ingredients, blend well. Tint with a few drops of food coloring to desired shade. Chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.
