SISTER-IN-LAW'S SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
2 oz. sherry
2 oz. butter
4 oz. mayonnaise

Melt butter in small pan. Add mayonnaise and sherry; blend over low heat.

Dust scallops with flour. Place in buttered baking dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
