HEATH BRICKLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Brickle Bits (found on shelf with chocolate bits)

Mix butter, sugars and flour, reserve 1/2 cup mixture for the topping. To the rest add egg, vanilla and 1/2 cup Brickle Bits. Add soda to buttermilk and add this to flour mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup reserved mixture, remaining Brickle Bits and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
