COUNTRY PIE 
1 lb. ground sausage
9" deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. light cream or half & half

Brown sausage; drain off excess fat. Place in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Lightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
