CORN FLAKES AND STRING BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. sour cream
1 c. (or more) corn flakes
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
2 pkg. frozen string beans (French style)

Melt the butter. On medium heat, add the cornstarch, sour cream, onions and Swiss cheese. Stir everything and add the cooked string beans (follow directions on package). Blend everything well with a spoon and place in casserole dish (9x9 inch). Heat for 25 minutes at 300 degrees. Place corn flakes on top of dish the last 10 minutes. Serves approximately 6.
