BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned
6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp. oregano, optional

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Press crescent rolls in bottom. Sprinkle browned sausage over rolls. Add cheese. Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and oregano, pour over cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until done. You may also use:

1/3 c. green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. chopped mushroom

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
