PORK PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 lb. pork, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 mashed potatoes
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 crust dough

Boil hamburg and pork in a little water so it does not stick. Cook potatoes. Mash them and mix with meat ingredients. Meat should be cooked for about 1 hour at a low temperature before mixing with the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and chopped onions; mix well. Put in dough shell in pie plate. Cover with top layer of pie dough. Cook about 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
