GRANDMA NAMPEL'S COTTAGE PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork sausage
1 to 2 cans sauerkraut
5 or 6 potatoes, peeled, cut, cooked & mashed

Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with Pam. Fill bottom of dish with sausage, over sausage spread sauerkraut. Prepare mashed potatoes as usual and put on top of sauerkraut. Dot top with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until brown. (Drain grease off as needed while baking.) Delicious.
