PEANUT SALAD 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
Pinch of salt
6 bananas, diced
1/2 bag of marshmallows
1 med. can pineapple tidbits
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can peanuts

Blend the first 6 ingredients in the blender until smooth and then cook until thick. Cool. To this sauce add the marshmallows and pineapple tidbits. Not too long before serving add the bananas and the peanuts. If you do this too far ahead of time the bananas will turn brown and the peanuts will become soggy.
