STUFFED CABBAGE 
12 large cabbage leaves
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute rice
3/4 lb. hamburg
1 small onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Cover leaves with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Combine next 5 ingredients. Place mixture in leaves and roll. Put rolls in baking or casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 325°F. Remove from oven and add sauce to the top of rolls. Cover and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
