TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil (salad)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, oil, cocoa and water in small saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Add to flour, sugar and salt. Mix well and add milk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour into large greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING: In saucepan mix 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoon cocoa, and 6 tablespoon milk. Bring to a boil, take off stove and beat in one (1 lb.) box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well and pour on top of cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
