COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. rolled oats
1 lg. onion, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
Parsley

Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Fry in small amount of oil. Place in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter melted
1 can tomato soup
4 tbsp. flour
1 can water
1/4 tsp. oregano

Combine ingredients, mix and pour over patties. Let simmer.
