STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lg. pkg. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Brown sausage and drain. Cut off stems of mushrooms and saute them in sausage grease; drain stems. Mix mushroom stems, sausage, cheese and crumbs. Cook in pan over low heat until cheese is melted. Stuff mushrooms. Place on broiler pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
