HARRIET'S VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp. dry chives
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice (I use the frozen lemon juice)

Mix well and store in refrigerator for an hour or overnight before serving.
