SAUSAGE, PEPPERS AND ONIONS 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Italian sausage, chopped (I use hot)
3 green or red peppers, diced
2 large white onions, chopped
hot sauce, to taste
6 cups water (about)
ketchup, to taste (Hunts)

Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

Note: The amount of water, hot sauce and ketchup are up to your liking but it should have a spiciness to it and it shouldn't taste too much like ketchup or water!

Simmer until sausage is cooked and vegetables are softened.

The meal is complete. Serve on a hot dog bun or any split roll of your liking.
