SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, ONIONS &
POTATOES
 
6 oz. ground sausage
1 c. peppers & onions
1/8 c. salsa sauce
6 to 8 oz. potato, skinned & quartered

Spray skillet with Pam, add to skillet sausage topped with peppers and onions, cover and cook until sausage is brown and peppers and onions are tender. Add salsa sauce, simmer 5 minutes, stirring often. Serve with 1 cup tossed salad. Serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup vegetable, 3 tablespoons sauce, 1 starch, 1 cup salad.
