NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. ricotta
1 lb. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese

Mix well. Pour into a 10 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Leave in oven for 2 hours with oven door open.
